A frozen moment from a hidden Hungarian village

Posted on: 15 May 2018

In our workshop we love the near-nature style and arts. We love those natural moments that can inspire us. But nowadays nature is getting back to its original place where now the towns and villages can be found. A winter moment when a red fox is stealing chicken from the hen-house representing everything we like to freeze and show to everyone. This is we call near-nature art.

Full body mounted cheetah by Imre Lengyel Imre

The Central-European taxidermists have only a few possibilities to work with African big cats, especially with cheetahs as the fastest animal on the Earth. We enjoyed every minutes of mounting this beautiful species, as it got its shape step by step. This animal is truly a masterpiece. The shape of the body is designed for the maximum velocity, but still very powerfull. More pictures can be found at the upper reference menu; Africa/Cheetah submenu. Enjoy!

New testimonial from Norway

Posted on: April 23, 2016

It is always nice to get feedbacks from clients, even living pretty far away from our workshop. This is one of the latest, from the far North part of Norway. "Thank you very much for the great professional work – this is real ART! My Hungarian fallow buck was excellent prepared and shoulder mounted on a beautiful wooden carved plate. It looks very alive and "aware of the surroundings". The fallow buck will get the best place on the wall to remind me of the great nature experience in the woods of Hungary at sunrise. Thank you again – I highly recommend Mr. Imre Lengyel!" - K.E.N, Norway

The time has arrived. Lengyel Imre Taxidermy is looking for new partners worldwide, especially within Europe. Don't miss the opportunity and be a member or our network. Our plan is to stick only one partner in each country! Be Lengyel Imre Taxidermy's representative and agent in your own country! You don't have to do anything else but a little marketing, collecting the trophies, capes, hides, horns and antlers at your home or premise. We organize the shipment from you to our Hungarian workshop, do the taxidermy work and ship it back to our representative or the clients' address. Don't hesitate and contact us for further details!

Supporting Rotary Club and blind people in Budapest

Posted on: September 27, 2015

The Rotary Club is one of the biggest humanitary civil organization of the world. Their aim is to provide humanitarian services, encourage high ethical standards in all vocations, and to advance goodwill and peace around the world. The Hungarian Rothary Club arranged a spceial event in Budapest for blind people, which I proudly and gladly supported and joined to. Providing new experiences and joy for our blind fellow-creatures was a privilege to Lengyel Imre Taxidermy. We created a full body mounted woodkock, a badger and a red fox work. I could give an interview too, can be seen in the video below (which is in Hungarian language).

Welcome to my new website!

Posted on: August 6, 2015

Welcome to my brand new design website. When we planned the new look of my webiste our main goal was to create a fresh, modern looking, stylish and unique but visitor friendly site according to this era's online requirements. My aim is that - besides the brief texts- let the detailed photos of my taxidermy work speak for themselves. In the upper continental menu, the categorized photos will help you to find the right species or to see the small details of the different bod or shoulder mounts. In future I will frequently update the photos and the news to inform my partners, ex- or future clients and other website visitors of my the status of my work, shows and competitions. Have fun and again, welcome to my page!

Regards: Imre Lengyel
